    Varieties

    50% Touriga Nacional (Vinha dos Amores), 20% Alfrocheiro (Vinha do Casal Sancho),
    20% Aragonez (Vinha do Rachadouro), 10% Jaen (Vinha das Alminhas).

    Winemaking

    Crush with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC and prolonged skin maceration. Two months in cuvaison.

    Maturation

    75% of the wine mature in new French Oak barrels with soft and slight burn and other 25% in French Oak barrels of a second use for 18 months.

    Aromas

    Intense and complex.

    Taste

    Fruity, dense, elegant, with a long finish.

    Gastronomy

    It's ideal to consume with matured cheeses and a structured and delicate confection os Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine. Drink at 18ºC.
