    Winemaking

    Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and fermentation at 18°C.

    Maturation

    Stage at least 2 months in bottle.

    Aromas

    Predominantly tropical fruits, exotic fruits and citrus.

    Taste

    Fruity, fresh, harmonious and persistent.

    Gastronomy

    As an appetizer, not very spicy dishes based on fish and white meats. Drink at 8ºC.
